Gorgeous, renovated 1930s bungalow in Englewood!

Beautifully appointed 1930s home just two blocks from Swedish and Craig hospitals in old Englewood. On a very quiet street in a quiet neighborhood on a corner lot with large, fully-provisioned kitchen, two full bedrooms with king or queens beds each with their own full bathrooms (with the third bedroom set up as a quiet office), and really awesome large backyard with full patio lounge set for the warmer months. Large, private detached two-car garage in addition to plentiful street parking as well.

940MB fiber upload & download internet throughout, Sonos sound systems both upstairs and in the family room downstairs on 4K 55" TVs, and Chromecasts on both for all of your streaming needs! Electric fireplace in the basement family room as well to keep you cozy. Tons of cute restaurants, bars, music venues, and shopping within a few blocks. Both Craig and Swedish hospitals are easily walkable, just two blocks away. University of Denver (DU) is 2 miles/5 minute drive.

Accessibility: This is a ranch home with a basement. All bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, dining room, office, and living room are on the main level with no stairs. The laundry room and family room are downstairs in the basement with about 12 stairs down. The front entrance has nine total stairs up from the street onto the path and onto the front porch. There is one step up to the front door from the porch into the living room. From the detached garage, there are two steps down to the backyard and then one step up into the kitchen.
