Unfriendly desk clerk. Couldn’t care less that I was there. Tiny room for the price. No coffee, no iron, microwave. Just overpriced the location it’s in.

We are sorry to hear that your expectations for the stay were not met. We take in all feedback to help the team improve. Unfortunately we do some times come up short. Please note we always have coffee machines and microwaves to put in rooms upon request and all rooms include an iron. If this was not conveyed we do apologize and hope to be able to make a better impression in the future.

Great location. Hotel is a touch dated, but was still a great option for 1 night in Denver. Small things: water pressure in shower was weak, the television should be updated - it was a struggle to use, they could add a bluetooth speaker to the rooms, the elevators need to be redone. Everyone was incredibly courteous and kind, loved the free wine hour from 5-6 pm and then also the free nightcap from 8-10 pm. Overall a good stay with a solid price to match.
