Spring Break weekend in Des Moines
Publié le 18 mars 2024 sur HotelsWe were very pleased with our stay at Country Inn and Suites in Clive, IA. It would have been better if they had better selections at breakfast. Eggs and potatoes on Saturday, so very little protein. On Sunday, there was just biscuits and gravy with no true protein option. Also a little disgusted by the family beside us at breakfast with no shoes on while they ate. They were allowed to continue to eat without any staff member saying anything to them. I think that is just very disrespectful to all the rest of us also eating.

Love the suite we got, very spacious and clean. The pool was also clean and safe. The only negative thing was a couple of maintenance things things. Will go back in the futre.

Trash still in room when we checked in. Caulking around tub and sinks cracked and old. Strange sounds coming from air ducts even when our unit was turned off. One USB port in whole room. Old and needed updating.

Looks nice from the outside, but very old on the inside. Could barely get hot water.

Great just was busy and loud the night there nothing they could do about it tho ultimately was a great stay. Bed wasn’t the most comfortable very hard
