Property was dirty and not very well maintained. Parking was a nightmare, as this property is on a dead end road and shares a single driveway with other properties.
Signs that said charges for missing key fob, remote, or parking pass, but none of those three were available! We never were provided a remote for the TV during our entire stay. Told to download an app to watch television? We were also told that it would sleep nine people, but there was only three small stools at the kitchen table and only three places for people to sit in the large living room? We felt like more seating should be available for a house that size. Smoke alarm beeping because it needed a new batteries and also fell off of ceiling. Breakers blue a couple times. A whiskey bottle lid and a beer can half full or under the basement bed. When we arrived, there was an open window in the kitchen. No window coverings on basement bedroom window. Coffee pot was available, but would only work on the cleaning cycle? Shower curtain too short and allowing water to flood the basement bathroom. Beds were comfortable and clean and nice, Lots of hot water, and pressure with clean towels! Overall summarization was, for the price we paidâŠ. We were a little disappointed.
Booking was a breeze but that is the only thing that was. Received a text about a cleaning delay - no problem. When we arrived we were shocked to see the condition of the home. Keypad for entry was not securely attached, no working outside light and missing basement door. There were notes of "welcome" on the coffee table and fridge that 'informed" us of the cost of various items should we decide to take them. It felt like we were already being accused of intending to steal the towels. Several of the notes referenced things that were clearly not about this house. Toiletry Kits? Sliding Glass Doors? and key fobs? After we got everything unloaded we discovered that the only way to access a bathroom was to go through the bedrooms which was a bit ackward for the people sleeping in said rooms. The house is advertised to be able to sleep 9 we had 4 adults, 2 teenagers an 18 month old. The kitchen table sat 3 people. There was not a complete set of
The location and property manager were great! The property itself could use a little TLC. The downstairs window is broken and needs to be replaced. The front and back door could use reinforcement or replacement down the line. The shower downstairs does not align with the liner causing water to leak on the floor.
Otherwise it was a comfortable property!
