Villa Quantum is a private villa, divided into two independent apartments that can accommodate up to 12 people if fully booked. Both apartments have two double bedrooms and a sofa bed in the double living room. Equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and free Wi-Fi. One private garage per apartment. The well-kept garden will be available to guests, privately if the villa is booked entirely or shared if only one apartment is booked. It is located in a strategic position and in a very quiet residential area. It is essential to be self-driving to be able to move to the historic centers of Desenzano or Sirmione a few minutes away by car. Public transport is available and the bus stop is just a short walk away. Large Maxi Gross supermarket a 1-minute walk away. Perfect for large families or couples of families traveling together.

All buildings are cleaned and sanitized by certified, high-quality cleaning companies.
Italian Homing will provide a welcome kit for all properties and all the necessary information about the property.
Customer support will be available exclusively through instant messaging apps or e-mail at the times indicated: from 9:00 to 19:00 and until 22:00 on the day of check-in.

Descriptions and rules:
It is mandatory to complete the fast check-in via email to receive the information to access the accommodation.
You will be asked to enter your personal data, to sign the mandatory contract with the online structure and to perform facial recognition.
In the contract it will be explained that it is mandatory to deposit the required security by credit card as a guarantee, to guarantee any damage.
It is forbidden to accept minors unaccompanied by parents. It is forbidden to accept minors not accompanied by parents.

It is not possible to stay longer than 30 nights.

TOURIST TAX TO BE PAID BY CREDIT CARD (MANDATORY)
Amount per day per person, per night, to be paid via payment link upon online check-in.

Pets will be accepted only upon request at the property and the supplement applied varies from 50 to 100 euros per stay and depends on the size of the animal.
