We had the best stay here for our honeymoon! Brandon was so helpful and was always available if we needed him. The only thing that we wish was communicated was that there was going to be a pool guy stopping by. The first day he came it scared us a little bit but Brandon did message and let me know I just didn’t see it. Overall the place was very clean. We would love to stay here again!

We had excellent communication with Brandon from start to finish. The pool was very nice and it was close to the beach and Destin Commons. We also loved being able to have a golf cart to use to get around instead of using our cars. We will definitely stay here again!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this house! 10/10 rating. Everything was exactly as advertised and communication with the host was excellent! Beautiful and very clean; family friendly home in an excellent location. We walked to the beach most days and it was a lovely stroll. The pool/porch is great! The shed in the back has all the pool/beach supplies you could ever need. Extra beach towels were left in the laundry room which was a nice surprise. I would absolutely book this home again so don’t hesitate to do the same! Enjoy!!

A dream vacation!

We were visiting Destin for the first time and booked this house not knowing anything about the location. We were so happy when we arrived and everything was either walking distance or a short golf cart ride away. The house was adorable, clean and equipped for my family and I. Wonderful!!!

Our family drove the 20+ hours to our first visit to Destin. Brandon was the perfect host. His communication was amazing. The house was so cute!! The check-in process was smooth and easy. Everything was wonderfully clean. Thankful for the 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The smart tvs in the master bedroom and living room were appreciated. We stayed in December, so we paid the extra fee to have the pool heated and that made the trip extra amazing!! Since the ocean was too cold to swim in, the heated pool was truly the highlight of our stay. Our kids and two small pups had the best time in the fenced in backyard. The bonus use of the golf cart was a definite highlight!!!! I wish all renters would provide this for free like Brandon. Truly, such a fun time using that! We would absolutely stay here again!!! Thank you so much for such a memorable time! It is so appreciated!

Awesome Place

Wow - everything said about the property and Brandon is true!

Brandon went above and beyond. I booked the property, Brandon immediately confirmed my booking. I booked just 24 hours in advance of my stay. He allowed us to check in a bit early once the property was cleaned. Property was super clean, all the linens were nice, and it smelled fresh inside. AC cranked cold, the fridge is massive, shower pressure and water heat were great. We paid a little extra for the pool to be heated and my daughter and niece really enjoyed swimming in December! The golf cart was a lot of fun. We stayed a property the week prior and we were renting a golf cart for $75 daily. Just the complimentary Golf Cart alone made up for quite a bit in the budget. The area is convenient to Crab Trap and the beach. I ate more crab and oysters than I ever have. The trip was perfect. I will definitely book with Brandon again, and if he has other properties, I’d be happy to book them as well. Thanks again we loved your home!!!
