Did not like check in as we waited several minutes without anyone at the front desk. Even called the hotel phone and let it ring and ring. Still no one. Then my friend went into a back office and found a gentleman who said he’d look for the front desk girl. All that’s bad enough but when she came to the front desk she practically called us liars because there was no way we waited that long. She should have apologized for the wait instead of calling us liars.
