Oceania 705 - Beautiful 3 BR facing the gulf with spacious 40' balcony

This 3BR/3BA 2000 square foot gulf-front condo has a spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico. The kitchen is fully furnished with everything you need to cook your favorite meal, including all pots, pans, appliances, dishes, and silverware. This condo has a large King size bed in the Master bedroom, with a Queen bed in one Guest bedroom, and two Twin beds in the other guest bedroom. The bedding allows the condo to sleep 6 guests in comfort and ease.

The large Living and Dining area, with its floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding doors offers unobstructed panoramic views of the Gulf and allows access to a spacious balcony. You can enjoy the view of the Gulf from the Kitchen, Dining area, Living room, and the Master bedroom.

The condo is completely furnished with a large HDTV in the living area and TVs in each bedroom as well. Complimentary beach service is provided to you, so 2 chairs and 1 umbrella will be set up daily on the beach so you can enjoy the sun during season.

Oceania 705

Condo is large and comfortable with a great view and location. Condo is very dated but you get what you pay for. Only negative is that there were no essentials, like salt and. pepper. You must bring everything, although that is part of the condo description.

Truly beautiful

Loved it. The condo was absolutely beautiful, more so than the pictures convey. The gulf was gorgeous in this location. Convenient location to elevator. Reserved parking was nice. Took no time to be on the beach. Lots of great food options nearby. Our only complaints were that the pool was really hot this time of year (mid August) and maintenance knocked on, and attempted to open our door multiple times to look at minor items in the condo.
