MUST BE 25 to rent. Sandpiper Cove requires you be 25 or older. The guards do check ID and will turn anyone under 25 away. You will not be refunded for underage bookings.

One of the most desirable locations in Sandpiper Cove with 1100 feet of private white sandy beach and only a 2-3 minute walk across the street. Free wireless internet, flat-screen TV, queen bed, and a pull-out couch. The curtains and blinds are blackout which means you are guaranteed a good nights rest. While the unit does not have laundry in the room, there is one located close to the pool right outside the front door. To wash and dry it costs $6 and only accepts quarters. BEACH SERVICE: 2 chairs and 1 umbrella March 1- October 31 is included with this rental, a $45 savings a day!

A complete remodel of the unit was done in February 2024. A new kitchen with quartz countertops, soft close cabinets, and all-new black stainless steel appliances. In the bathroom, we got rid of the bathtub and added a tiled shower and the same soft close cabinets. A shower glass door has been added.

Sandpiper Cove Resort consists of 43 acres that include 5 pools 2 of which are heated during winter months (1 is located a few steps away from the unit), 3 hot tubs, a free nine-hole chip and putt golf course, and 6 tennis courts. The resort also includes Louisiana Lagniappe a four-star restaurant http://www.thelouisianalagniappe.com/ , and Sandflea https://www.sandfleadestin.com/ a seasonal (march-october) snack bar conveniently located near the beach. The property is located near a stoplight which makes accessing hwy 98 a breeze. There is a Winn Dixie and a Target nearby

This sandpiper studio has been beautifully renovated and it has absolutely everything you would need in the kitchen. Towels for the beach, along with boogie board . The beach chairs /umbrella are a great bonus with a short walk to beach. The bed and furniture were comfortable . The manager responded right away with a smallIssue checking in. Got right in with code and clear instructions on how to change toMy own code . I would absolutely rent this one again.

Absolutely loved our stay! Location was perfect! Literally a hop from the beach, SO easy. The condo was immaculate, decorated beautifully. Has everything you would need for a stay. My daughter kept calling it “home”. The whole experience was exactly what I was hoping for. Location was better than I could imagine, so close to grocery store, shopping, dining etc. highly recommend!!!

Our annual Destin trip

Our stay was phenomenal! We cannot wait to book again. The condo is so comfy & absolutely beautiful. The location was a 4 min walk to the beach (right across the road) or you can drive across to park your vehicle. We loved the convenience of having the pool right across from our room, especially with having a young child. Other things that were impressive to us were the daily lifeguards on the beach for Sandpiper cove, the ability to bring our own umbrella to set up on the beach where you please, and knowing that the complex was safe, after seeing the guards strict with visitor passes and checking in on vehicles parked at our beach access so that the guests had enough room to park there. The only downside to this unit is no washer/dryer and having to do laundry in the laundry facility. It was very hard for us to get quarters from local stores, surprisingly. Thankfulky, the laundry facility is also right across from the unit by the pool. We cannot wait to visit again! - The Sams

Great spot for our baby moon!

My husband and I stayed here for our baby moon to Destin and loved it. The host was very communicative. The place was clean and modern and supplied with plenty of towels, kitchen supplies and beach towels. The studio had everything we needed and was a very short walking distance to the beach- which was convenient for us to take lunch breaks. The included chair service was a huge plus since we didn’t have to carry heavy chairs or umbrellas. Would recommend for a couples getaway!

Convenient Clean and Comfortable

We are in our 70s, so the convenience and comfort of this perfect studio was exactly what we needed. The chairs and umbrellas all ready on the gorgeous beach were a blessing. The bed is fabulous. The bathroom is super nice!

Wonderfully cozy!

We LOVED being right across the street from the beach, and especially the complimentary beach chairs and umbrella! The renovations look even better in real life than they do in photos and the place was super clean. We enjoyed playing pickleball and would have swam in one of the pools if we were there longer. The location was right in the middle of everything which was amazing, but also had a sewer smell outside that was unpleasant. That didn’t deter me from having coffee on the porch every morning though! We found the blender on top of the fridge too late, or we probably would have had smoothies every day! A few additions we thought of during our stay were a full-length mirror and a quieter ceiling fan. 10/10 would recommend! Will probably be back!

Nice Trip to Destin

The property is as pictured with a great bathroom renovation. This unit was right across from the pool and across the sreet from the beach. The unit is very well equipped with supplies as well. The private beach access includes two chairs and an umbrella. Not sure what happens if you need more. There aren't any beach supplies in the unit so you will need to bring your own. The outdoor deck faces the street and we could only see the dunes (not a water view) However, it was really comfortable and convenient. We only wish the check in process would have gone a little smoother as there was an issue with the key code but the owners were very responsive.
