Black mold all over the bathroom ceiling. Breakfast is just bagels and yogurt and sad looking fruit. The second room we got moved to had a dirty floor and smelled of curry. The beds frames make so much noice. The toilets run 24/7 like never stop even after they “fixed” it. The staff did not care. Hotels.com really didn’t care. I checked out a day early it was so bad and lost money because I booked a different hotel in the area. I told the front desk lady I was checking out because it was the worst stay of my life and she just laughed. Stay away from this property. Don’t book through hotels.com either because nothing can be done on the hotels end and the reps that work for hotels.com don’t actually do anything either. I was promised a refund and guess what I got. NOTHING.

Positive: spacious room, kitchen, modern bathroom, all clean. Quiet and safe. Perfect location. Overall a positive impression, but there is big area for improvement: there kitchen was absolutely empty: no kettle, tea or coffee, nothing. You have to bring everything with you. Linen felt cheap and not comfortable. Breakfast was really poor: only boiled eggs, bagels, milk and flakes.

I had an amazing experience at Spark Hotel! The room was spotless, modern, and extremely comfortable.
