The property itself was good, we stayed 5 days 4 nights. The only real complaint I have, is the first night my daughter spilt her bottle on the bed and it soaked all the way through. The next morning I asked the front desk for additional sheets, blankets and towels. She had the worst attitude about it and made me keep repeating myself about why I needed new items so soon into our stay. When I explained why I needed them and what happened, she rolled her eyes and told me moving forward we’d have maid services every other day. I would’ve given 5 stars for everything, but this left a sour taste in our mouth the remainder of our trip and we waited until she was no longer at the front desk any time we needed anything.

I recently stayed at this property and unfortunately had a frustrating experience during check-in. The front desk staff confused my reservation with someone else’s, which caused an unnecessary delay and confusion. Despite having my confirmation ready, it took quite some time for them to sort things out. I expected a smoother and more organized process, especially when all my details were correct. The situation could have been handled more professionally, and better attention to detail would have gone a long way. While the rest of the stay was decent, the initial impression at check-in really affected my overall experience. I hope the property improves its reservation management to prevent this from happening to other guest
