Close to Detroit airport

The property is nice; very convenient to the airport; shuttle was very efficient! Property itself is a bit dated; carpeting in the hallways dated and worn out in some areas; my room was clean and the bed nice.

Good stay terrible experience with Chelsey

Everything was good with my stay until I was overcharged. I spoke to Chelsey who was extremely disrespectful. She said she couldn’t explain the overcharge. When I told her that I felt she was not handling the situation properly, she told me “I don’t need a lecture on how to do my job” and she hung up. Apart for that very unfortunate incident, my stay was pleasant. They have a decent breakfast and the room was good.

I stayed here for just one night as I was leaving for the airport in the morning. It was close to a few spots to grab some food, had a convenient airport transfer, and the staff I encountered were lovely. Great for a quick stay if you're heading to the airport early!
