It was nasty and disgusting, fifth all in the elevator, they had no hand washing soap in the bathroom downstairs fiber breakfast serving room smh so he asked him to put some soap in the bathroom and they did. they put me in Room 122 which was disgusting and it smelled as if somebody was smoking and drinking in there and I told them I don't smoke or drink. The customer service was awful, all of the women were rude and nasty, instead of them wanting to move me from room 122 which I suggest nobody ever gets, they wanted to give me my money back because the manager the clerk was on the phone with said all the rooms were the same, which is not true! smh, so I told the lady I traveled too far for this and she decided to let me look at room 302 and I liked it much better then 122. There was stains on the wall in 122, crumbs on the floor and you could barely fit in the bathroom if you're plus size and I'm a full figure woman smh. the breakfast food is terrible and it's just overall a nasty dark atmosphere with rude people working for them but I must say the housekeepers were very sweet. Oh and I forgot to mention the pool was broke, they got attitudes when you asked for washcloths and dry towels even when you were returning your Old Ones... I will never go back there again and I suggest nobody else does either. I strongly advise no one to ever go to that place because it's disgusting and nasty.

Don’t stay here. Room smelled like cigarette smoke. Pool is never open. Had to move the entire TV console to plug in TV. You’ll hear traffic on Stevenson Highway all night. There are several hotels in the area. Avoid this one.

Stayed there for 3 nights and not once our room was cleaned. We saw the cleaners in the morning before we left to go out one day but it seems they skipped our room. I wish there was more communication from their part. Our door didn’t have the “don’t disturb” sign.

We arrived from Traverse City around 9:20pm. The lady at the check out was nice but very hard to understand. However, it really smelled. The elevator was even worse, dirty and so smelly. We got our room keys and headed to the room. As I opened the door and stepped in, a foul smell came out of our room. Musty, moldy very strong smell. The room felt dirty, there was a random sheet laying a-crossed the chair. The amount of water damage on the ceiling and the terrible patch jobs on the walls. I didn’t feel clean at all staying in the room. My family and I turned right around and left. I let the lady at the desk know. She was polite about it. Thanks for being polite but we will not be staying there again.

I bookes this hotel as my friends and I accomodation over at the extended stay america was no longer available. Imagine my surprise when we were able to book a night right next door, we were so happy! But as soon as the night winded down and we were getting into bed my friends bed had lota of stains (brown and dark in color) on their bedding, we went to the front desk to get more and it seemed like we were intruding on the night deskmans night. He seemed very inconvenienced to help us, and the new sheets he gave us, just as bad as the ones already on the bed! My friends were too embarassed and nervous to say anything to the deskman because of our earlier encounted with him, so they asked to switch beds with me but were afraid to because they would be the ones closest to the door. Long story short this whole experience made it very hard for either of them to go to sleep, and made for a really turbulant night amongst all of us, and they almost made us drive back home (an hours drive) because they felt so uncomfortable there.
