Room was clean and comfortable….staff was not as friendly or accommodating as i expected, compared to other Marriott properties I’ve stayed in.

The clerk made my check in and out very easy. And they were very friendly.

Only Starbucks coffee offered in lobby. Most hotels have a coffee and juice dispenser available in the lobby.
Too bad having to make a couple of extra bucks that way.
As for front desk employees they were excellent in every way. As a business owner myself I would love to have them in my employ.

We were here before the Thanksgiving holiday, so I assume this attributes to the hotels empty feel, as I assume this place caters to business travelers. The pool was large enough for our children to play, and the rooms were well enough appointed.
The onsite dining options are not great, especially in the evenings. But again, assuming you are a business traveler, this should be acceptable. The noted whirlpool does not exist, looks like the controls are still on the wall of the pool area but the feature itself was filled in / removed at some point.
Would definitely stay again, especially at the price point hotels.com was able to get for me.

This hotel was clean and hospitable.
The pool was the coldest I can recall.
After swimming 50 lengths, I was still very cold and decided to stop because it was so uncomfortable.
