This property was chosen due to an event that was held in the area for competitions. The staff at check-n was pleasant. Parking convenient. The overall day was unpleasant, unable to sleep. Complaints were made throughout the night.

Do not stay here

The bathroom sink had mold. The wallpaper in the room was coming off the wall. The room was freezing cold. there was a thermostat but no matter what it was set to the temp did not go up. The room had a bad odor. there was a lot of moisture in the air making it feel damp probably from the open pool. the carpet was dirty it needs a good cleaning. They had a ridiculous holding charge that was not budgeted for or communicated. The hotel was not in a location I felt was safe. The building is run down. When I arrived, I didn't think I was in the right area. The pictures they show make it look nice but what they show is the ONLY decent part of the hotel. The staff was nice.

Noisy

The staff had no control over the property. There were kids running and screaming outside the door until after 11pm. They said that we had a quiet room but it was right above the pool.

Not the worst but not the best

Front desk upon arrival was fantastic! The place smelled of chlorine strong enough to give you a migraine due to the open pool. My room appeared clean at first but discovered clothing left from previous guest in the drawers, mirrors were filthy like someone had splashed toothpaste from top to bottom. Only one outlet worked out of 4 by the bed. Due to open layout of the hotel it was extremely loud in my room all evening due to sound traveling from the bar and pool area. Wish I would have brought a fan or something to drown out the noise. At checkout there was a line of guests waiting for someone to help as no one was at the desk. Several housekeeping staff were helping us track down someone who could assist us as they didn’t know where she went.

The front desk is very helpful from the time of reservation , check in up to check out . I recommend to get the breakfast as it is great! Everything I fresh . The hotel is just in the middle of everything ! I will definitely come back.
