I wish I could upload photos of this place. The Expedia pictures must be WAY out of date. There is no restaurant/bar service.The entire area is just a mish mash stack of chairs/tables. The breakfast which you have to pay extra for is terrible mostly because the area is filthy. Garbage bins overflowing, food on the floor, was told by staff "we don't have any more plates" apparently they ran out of the styrofoam. It took a manager to find something so we could plate our food. It looks like they haven't washed the table clothes under the hot plates in weeks. The ongoing adjacent construction was less disturbing than the filth. As a long time Expedia member I have never seen such misrepresentation of a property by their website. One bright spot, the bed was comfortable and room reasonably clean.

There was so much I did not like about my stay. It will take an hour to list everything. They took it upon themselves to charge me an extra $73 which was not authorized. They never said anything about the pool or the hot tub being closed until further notice. Their website completely misrepresents the facility. It shows a restaurant with a nice bar and so you may to think that that is part of the breakfast. I thought I would be getting mimosas but instead I literally got watery eggs watery waffle mix, and super dry sausage. The irony is this was a paid breakfast. I’ve had breakfasts that were free that were 10 times better than this. There’s more I could say like how the front desk guy was either smoking weed or sleeping in the back while I waited 20 minutes, but I’ll let that go for now.

Excellent Service

We needed special accommodations for elderly family members in town for a wedding, and the staff and facilities at this hotel went above and beyond to provide them. Everyone was friendly and responsive for whatever was needed.

Room was nice, the girl at the front desk was awesome..! Initially they wanted to charge us for the breakfast… ($10 each), but the girl just let us go eat w/o charge.. every hotel I ever stayed at gave free buffet breakfast, accept this one..? Why..? If we have paid for the breakfast I would have been pissed, because it was really bad. No plates, lack of food.. lack of juice. Not good at all.
