I was ready to give a 5 star review because the reception I received upon arrival was great and my room was clean with an exception of a few minor areas in the bathroom. My main complaint was the breakfast room attendant. I'm a person with a disability and went to fix my plate when the attendant offered to assist me, I kindly declined because I knew I can handle it myself. However, she walked away but continued to watch me. Came back and insisted on helping, grabbed my plate and said, if you drop this, we're going to have a problem. Because of my encounter with her, I am leaving this review and will not plan on visiting again. I already had a procedure the day before and was not feeling very well. Customer service and hospitality can make or break the experience. Businesses seem to struggle with the importance of patience, tact and kindness. If I can't get those things, I take my business somewhere else.

I had the room 102 with the jetted tub and the shower was dirty. The wall and floor had mold on it. I asked them to switch me to another room with the jetted tub and there wasn’t any more available so what I paid for I didn’t get. 227 was a king suite and the remote was missing and there wasn’t any face towel left in the room to wash up with.

Clean room The bed was big but the pillows were way too soft for my significant other and I. As soon as we laid our head down onto the pillows it melted like some softened butter and we didn't like that. The bed was firmer than the pillows. Other than that, it was a fine stay.

Checked in late on Thursday night (OCT 30), as we were checking in myself and my partner noticed the breakfast sign (that we were never told about). Basically saying the fridge is broken and breakfast will be limited, I asked the girl at the front if there’s a partial refund or anything that will be applied because of this issue. We booked here because of the breakfast and we know what to expect. Was rudely told no, then she said they would have everything as normal but just limited. Next morning, there was only bagels, cereal, oatmeal, yogurt and frozen eggs (hard as a rock). This was the rest of the weekend mornings. Only had maybe 3ish nice faces out of the whole time there (interacting with maybe 10+ employees). Only had housecleaning go into the room 1 time out of 4 days (the bed wasn’t even made nicely just flipped back). The room was dirty to start with and we probably left it cleaner than they do. Saw a lot of stuff under areas (leading me to believe they really don’t vacuum). Came here for my boyfriend’s golden birthday and was a major let down of an experience (I felt horrible brining him here as we both left unhappy and angry with the experience and treatment we received). When we checked out no smile or nice face from ANYONE, left feeling more like a burden then anything. Would never recommend this place to anyone.
