The hotel is beautiful, in a quiet location with lovely views. Everything was beautifully decorated for the winter holidays. My room was spacious, elegant and very comfortable. The staff was friendly and efficient, and I especially enjoyed the welcome cocktail upon arrival. Parking was a challenge, as there were two large weddings happening in the hotel the evening I checked in. I didn’t expect to need to valet park my car, but nearly all of the available parking spaces were reserved for valet parking, and remained so for the weekend. However, the attendants were quick and efficient. Overall a very nice stay; if ever in the area again I would return!

The staff, the dining, and the accommodations were all first class. My wife and I celebrated a memorable anniversary at the hotel. One of the staff members, Laura, made the stay especially memorable as she had a special surprise waiting for us in our room. I would not hesitate to stay there or dine there again. It was just a wonderful experience.

Clean room and the stay was good. The bar needs more staff, was a little overwhelmed when a wedding party came to visit. Minor things need to be addressed such as coffee pot in the lobby was empty with no attempt to fill. Beautiful hotel overall but fix the small important things.
