Everyone I spoke to was extremely nice! From start to finish everything was crazy: Took 4 visits checking my AC doesn't work, moved rooms at 9pm without any offer to help No full length mirror or long clothing hanging spot in new room Took 20 minutes to find someone to pull my car around at 7:15am Car sat on the street for 3 hours (with Valet ticket on dash and keys at front desk) before being parked at night Can't charge to room at bar, couldn't get hot water for tea Wouldn't recommend at all.

The Detroit Club

This Hotel is now one of my Favorite Hotela in the Entire Country, It was Gorgeous, it had only 22 Rooms, I lived it so much that I called it "Hotel X" the whole weekend, but I did end up divulging it to my Group on my last Day in town.

This was our second time staying here and we will never stop coming back . The staff and the service are amazing and we want to give a big thank you to sienna . She is nothing short of the best and goes above and beyond for every single guest she comes into contact with . the hotel is beautiful with old charm and is wonderfully romantic. worth every single penny .

This fully restored old property in downtown Detroit is a gem! Comfortable bed and wonderful staff. Would definitely stay there again. Across from the People Mover that helps you get all over downtown for free!

When we arrived the clerk was sitting in his car out front - there were steps up to the property - he eventually got out of his car and we weren’t sure what to do and went in - he never offered to help with our bags - grotto was not working, no food service on a Monday - he was not interested in being of assistance - woman the next morning when we checked out was lovely

Over all great

The room was great. The bed frame had a break as well as the bench at the end of the bed. Unfortunately the spa and all amenities (bar, restaurant, lounge) were closed during our stay. The environment was classy. Loved the jacuzzi in our room. The linens were the most amazing I’ve ever experienced. Clean.

We came for the spa but the grotto was closed for renovations when we got there. Room was nice especially the bathroom but bed was hot (mattress protector), broken cabinet pull, and no coffee in room. Continental breakfast was great though and interior is very unique
