This was our first time staying at this property. We found it to be clean and conveniently located downtown. Valet parking was a bonus. Staff, friendly and accommodating. Rooms clean and modern. Enjoyed our stay.

The front desk staff and valet were all veey friendly and polite. The lobby was clean and quiet. The room was clean and upsated. The provided an in room robe, and had a nespresso maker in the room. There were plenty of food options within walking distance, and it is a fairly safe and well lit area for Detroit. There was quite a bit of noise from the street that couls be heard on the 3rd floor, and occasionally there would be someone loud in the hallway but I am a hard sleeper so it did not bother me

The roof top is not an actual rooftop location but was the top floor- should be advertised as penthouse bar; one side was closed to guests due to private parties over our weekend stay
