Room was clean, staff were exceptional and welcoming! We actually booked the wrong date and when we arrived they were happy to help us switch dates! Was in a nice location. The hot tub was hot and the pool was warm which was so nice! The complimentary breakfast was amazing with waffles, eggs, hash browns, bacon, and all the fixings that you could want!

We were refunded our money for this stay due to the hot tub and pool being shut down. It is unfortunate that they have not had it in working order yet. After a day of skiing, we just wanted a hot tub and that was unavailable. I admire their willingness to refund our money.

For the price, I would stay elsewhere. The pool and hot tub had not been working for days prior to our arrival (we asked how long it was not working). We feel they could have reach out and advised us of this as we wanted a hotel with a pool and hot tub. We could have cancelled and booked somewhere else as they knew it would not be available for the weekend.

We did have a later check in around 9-930p check in . From the moment i walked in to check in it was so loud due to a group of people partying and drinking in the lobby . They were so loud i could barely hear the lady at the front desk. There were extremely rude children unattended in the pool area looked under the age of 13yrs old later to find out at the time of check out their mom works there.The day of check out starting at around 7am i was being bombarded with msgs to start my check out process which wasnt until 11am then around 10 am as my kids were getting dressed after having their breakfast and packing their stuff up a member of the cleaning staff tried entering our room which my oldest pushed the door shut cause she got scared . If im not mistaken thats in the hotel files who has and hasnt checked out yet and it was well before check out time so there was absolutely no reasoning housekeeping should be trying to enter our room . Definitely wont be coming back i actually canceled our reservation for December.
