We've stayed there frequently. This time it appears that it has gone down hill. The breakfast was awful on Saturday. It looked like vultures had been through. We went had our meal elsewhere. I don't believe they replenished anything. Sunday was ok but I got there when they opened. There wasn't any cream for the coffee. We have enjoyed our stays there in the past but I think we're going to be looking for a new place next time we stay in DL.

The property was nice, clean and up to date. The pool was very nice and the hot tub was great as it was cold outside. Staff was wonderful. Breakfast was OK. We will be back and we will be recommending it to friends who go to the area.

The hotel is kinda run Down, didn’t have maid service the whole weekend and when asking for more towels they weren’t helpful or nice. The main desk people were extremely rude and not helpful or accommodating at all. I wasn’t personally there at the time, but our group of parents were kicked out of lobby at 10pm and couldn’t use the breakfast room or pool to hang-out and when questioned to the staff why, they called the cops. Then moved to a hotel room and cops were called again by front desk because “they were visiting too loud”. I got a text from the hotel asking how the stay was and I passed the information on that we were disappointed and they said someone from the front desk would contact me, they never did. So when we checked out I told them that no one contacted me, I got a rude message back. DO NOT STAY HERE and never will again. Horrible stay and hospitality.
