the location was fabulous, and everything provided. We should have checked though about our dog being able to access a fully fenced backyard from our unit. It wasn't a big problem.. The host has been very generous in providing a comfortable environment.

Excellent place to relax with a group of friends and family. The host is responsive and nice. We had the top level of the house which is completely private with enough space for 7 people. The view from the deck is amazing. The house is clean, warm and soundproofed.

Alice by the Sea

Private upstairs spacious apartment with 4 bedrooms and 2 bedrooms and deck. Had all amenities needed. Near stoney beach, park and river walkway in quiet location. Well equipt kitchen. Great views and very helpful owner who communicated well. Best accommodation we stayed at in Tasmania. Watching New Year's fireworks from the deck was an extra treat.

Absolutely Fantastic location and hospitality by the owner

Great house with a beautiful location. Service was fantastic with all arrangements in place as requested. Nothing to complain apart from the fact that as per the online listing I was expecting the house to be on our own during our stay but there was a separate room downstairs. That didn’t disturb us at all but I think that information needs to be added on the listing. We were a group of 11 adults and having a one toilet and a shower was a little inconvenient but apart from that owners was very supportive to accommodate us and have extra arrangements done for us. Overall, it’s been an outstanding experience staying at this fabulous house.

The property was in best location with the gorgeoues ports of Devonport, we came on spirit and this place was like 1 minute from terminal. Alice and her crew made our disability guys feel so welcomed.

Special Family Time

Had a lovely 3 days with my two sisters at Alice By the Sea. Very relaxing and great view. Alice was very friendly and helpful. This is my second visit as I stayed in the 2 bedroom unit with my daughter a few years ago. Would definitely come again.

A surprise indeed!

We had a lovely stay and the facilities were great. The only thing was we were not expecting steep stairs to access. When I reviewed the review the word uostairs was only mentioned once so I must have missed this and all photos gave you the impression that it was street level. My dog was afraid of the stairs so had to sleep in the car and be tied up downstairs without us. This part was disappointing. The rest was great!
