This wonderful 1st floor beautifully updated condo, features 2 bedrooms, both with queen beds, living/dining area (queen sleeper sofa). We supply pillows, quilts/bedspreads, mattress pads. All of which are changed out regularly. Some paper pruducts are provided. Bathroom has stall shower & stackable washer & dryer. Fully equipped kitchen w/ service for 6 & many extras. Enclosed porch overlooks courtyard. Exterior has gas grills, 2 outdoor showers, tables and chairs. 1 parking spot out front & 1 parking permit will be provided. Just a few houses away from the beautiful beach, walking distance to many restaurants , pubs & the Jolly Trolley stop. Great place to get away! Read our reviews!! We take so much pride in this unit. It is clean from top to bottom. Open year round!! Available weekly or long week-end rentals. 3 night minimum. Smoke Free Complex & Pet Free Unit! Amazing location

The owners/host were amazing to work with. The condo is adorable, just right for two adult couples. The location was excellent, super close to the beach as well as restaurants and stores. We truly appreciate all the personal touches, such as the extra parking pass, and the condo being well stocked.

Wonderful Family Vacation and beautiful place to stay!!

Clean, steps from the beach, host was very responsive and kind. Lovely people in the other units around us. Kitchen is well stocked. Just bring your groceries. Outdoor showers were so convenient. A cart to push to the beach, sand toys, boogie boards, beach chairs. She left a lovely sand bucket full of goodies. My little granddaughter was thrilled! She took it every morning to the beach to gather seashells. So many places to eat or shop within walking distance. Overall my family and I had a wonderful summer Holiday!

Wonderful Weekend getaway

Great place - so close to the beach. Nice amenities - chairs, beach cart and umbrella available. Kitchen stocked well, A/C worked great, ceiling fans a plus. Convenient to restaurants and entertainment. Short drives to see the sights. Got to spend a great afternoon on the beach watching crazy golden retrievers chasing tennis balls in the surf. Seems that we landed in town during golden retriever days (a thing in Dewey) - happy pups everywhere.

Great beach weekend

This was perfect for a quick beach weekend trip. Very easy walk to the beach, and house had everything we needed for a relaxing time. Pictures from listing are accurate. Kitchen is well stocked with essentials. Nice screened in porch and common outdoor areas. Excellent communication from hosts and easy check in process. Only regret is our stay wasn’t longer.

Amazing stay!

Kathy was a fantastic host and the property was perfect for my partner and me for a quick weekend getaway. We normally stay in Bethany but we may be switching to Dewey now 😊 It’s a short walk to the beach, and we met a lot of nice neighbors in the common area between the buildings after a beach bonfire. The condo was clean, well stocked and we loved the individual HVAC units in the bedrooms. It’s a short walk to several really good restaurants as well. We would highly recommend!

A great time in Dewey

We recently stayed here with our two kids ages 10 and 8. The place was comfortable and well stocked with supplies. The location was perfect and the kids loved the outdoor shower after the beach. We enjoyed walking to the beach during the day and then to the restaurants at night. This was our first time visiting Dewey and we are already talking about returning. We would stay here again when we come back!

Excellent place for family beach trip

Family and I had a fantastic stay! Place was super clean and fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. The location was perfect for walking to restaurants and stores and the beach was only a few steps away! Communication from the host was exceptional and it’s probably one of the best we’ve received! Great place to stay for small family or group of friends

I’ve stayed at Kathy’s place twice. First with a group of friends, and this last time with my husband and 2 and 4 year old. It is so close to the beach and super comfortable. Would recommend for sure. Tons of places to walk to. Super close drive to the rehoboth boardwalk for the kids to play at funland. Will definitely stay at Kathy’s again!

Cozy hideaway

My family had a privilege of staying at Kathy’s cozy hideaway in Dewey Beach for a long weekend at the end of July. Her unit was not only well-stocked with everything imaginable & spotless, but within walking distance to tons of restaurants and activity. It is literally a half of a block to the beach. The thing that I liked is that, although we were surrounded by activity, this little unit was tucked away in privacy.. I would absolutely recommend this unit, and Kathi as a host as she was communicative, and gracious. This truly is a hidden gem in Dewey Beach!
