Best hotel stay so far!
Posted Feb. 19, 2024 on HotelsMy stay at this hotel from the check in experience to leaving the hotel using their transport service was excellent. The facilities are fantastic and each and every member of staff I came across including the restaurant staff were amazing.

Terrible service. Need huge upgrade. Breakfast is aweful. There was spoiled and rotten cold-cut.
Loud and unfriendly staff in the kitchen area.

Very over priced hotel. Rooms are not veey clean. Towels with marks/stains. Swimming pool is not clean.

The drive-in was very inconvenient and the single lane is a major problem

Really enjoyed my stay at this, I have travelled in multiple country and lodged in various 5 star hotels but this hotel took the cake.
Exception service set it apart from all other 5 star hotel, I’ll stay at Renaissance next time I am here.
