Charming house, freshly renovated, for 2-4 persons in lovely neighbourhood. Many attractions - landing stage for steamers of Ammerseeschifffahrt, Marienmünster (famous baroque cathedral) - within walking area. Very lovely surroundings. Perfect for walking, hiking, swimming and lots of other leisure activities.

Wunderschönes Haus, das sowohl stilvoll als auch zweckmäßig eingerichtet ist. Die Lage ist sowohl für Hundespaziergänge ins Grüne als auch für den Fußweg ins Zetrum von Diessen hervorragend. Drei kleine Abstriche, die außerhalb der Handhabe der sehr netten Vermieter liegen:a) das Parken auf der Straße ist nur eingeschränkt möglich - ggfl kann man aber aufs Grundstück fahrenb) hinter dem Haus befindet sich derzeit eine größere Baustelle (über die wir vor Buchung vollumfänglich informiert wurden!), die von 7-16:30 in Betrieb ist und entsprechenden Lärm macht. Für uns nicht schlimm, aber derzeit für Langschläfer ungeeignet. c) das Grundstück ist Hunde-sicher eingezäunt, aber bietet nicht wirklich Bewegungsraum oder Spielfläche für mittlere oder größere Hunde. Ist aufgrund der Spaziermöglichkeiten kein Problem, aber sollte man als Hundebesitzer auf dem Schirm haben. Ansonsten für uns ein perfektes Urlaubsdomizil!

Das Haus befand sich in einer ruhigen Lage oberhalb des Ammersees. Dennoch so zentral. so dass das Strandbad St. Alban, als auch der Ort Dießen mit dem Rad in 10 Minuten oder zu Fuß in 20 Minuten zu erreichen ist. Das Haus ist wunderschön eingerichtet, es hat 2 Außenterassen, die man je nach Sonnenstand prima indivduell nutzen kann. Im Haus steht einem alles zur Verfügung, was man für den Urlaub braucht (Handtücher, Geschirr, Grill, Tischkicker, Waschmaschine, Bücher, Spiele, ...) und ist sehr kinder- und haustierfreundlich. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war sehr herzlich und ohne Wartezeiten. Wir haben den Gesamten Urlaub in der Ammerbelle sehr genossen.

Sehr schöne und saubere Wohnung

Sehr schöne und saubere Wohnung über insgesamt 3 Stockwerke.Die zwei Terrasse sind schön, wenn man auf einer keine Sonne hat, hat man auf der anderen Sonne. In der gesamten Wohnung ist alles da, was man im Urlaub braucht. Komplette Kücheneinrichtung, komplette Einrichtung im Bad. Sehr gut mit Hund, das gesamte Grundstück ist umzäunt.

Schöne DHH für Mensch und Hund

Wir (3 Erwachsene & 1 Hund) haben in dieser Doppel-Haus-Hälfte eine schöne Zeit verbracht.Es ist alles da was man braucht. Bei Problemen oder Fragen ist die Vermieterin sofort erreichbar und um Hilfe und Lösung bemüht.Hier dürfen sich andere Vermieter ein Beispiel nehmen. Das eingezäunte Grundstück und die dörfliche Lage waren für meinen Terrier von Vorteil.

Wunderschön.

Kleines feines Häuschen in ruhiger Lage

Wir haben unseren Urlaub in dem Haus sehr genossen, es ist sehr schön ruhig gelegen. Man kann aber selbst mit Kinderwagen in weniger als 20 Minuten ins Zentrum gelangen. Wenn unser Sohn schon älter wäre hätten wir sicher auch das Spielzimmer im Dach nutzen können, was sicherlich für Reisende mit älteren Kindern ein Pluspunkt ist. Bei Fragen und Problemen war die Vermieterin gut zu erreichen und reagierte prompt. Die Parkplatzsituation in der Straße würde ich mal als angespannt bezeichnen, aber zum Glück kann man, wenn das eigene Auto nicht zu groß ist (<5m) gut in der vorhandenen Einfahrt parken. Da wir sehr oft in der Fewo gekocht haben ist uns aufgefallen dass keine tiefen Teller vorhanden sind, das wäre der einzige mini Kritikpunkt... sonst war eigentlich alles Notwendige vorhanden.

Auf dem Weg nach südtirol

Das Haus ist super, alles sehr neu und gepflegt. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt, obwohl das Wetter zu wünschen ließ. Etwas enttäuscht waren wir vom Ammersee, da es gefühlt nur wenige Stellen in dießen gibt, wo man länger am Stück mit direktem seeblick laufen kann, da Privatgrumdstücke den Blick versperren. Das Dorf selbst ist wirklich nett.

Sehr schönes Haus. Uns fehlte es an nichts. Nur das WLAN fiel öfters mal aus und das Tor ließ sich nur schwer öffnen bzw. schiessen. Es wäre zukünftig für Ebikes toll, wenn im Schuppen Strom wäre.

Das kleine Häuschen liegt am Berg, für jemandem der schlecht zu Fuß eher nicht geeignet. Da man sonst immer das Auto benötigt. Terrassen und der Garten sind sehr schön und ruhig gelegen. Leider läuft das WLAN nicht stabil, sodass man leider Aussetzer beim TV hat. Für Probleme hatte die Vermieterin gleich Lösungsvorschläge. Als Entschädigung bekamen wir einen Gutschein ins Kaffee, worüber wir uns sehr gefreut haben.
