Waterfront Retreat on Lake Dillon. Lake/Mtn Views. Great Access to Skiing.

This is a 2nd floor, 1br, 1ba unit that sleeps four comfortably and is on the banks of Lake Dillon. You will have a fully stocked kitchen that makes dining and entertaining easy. If you have any special requests, please let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate.

You will be ideally situated between some of the best ski resorts in Colorado. You will have easy drives to Keystone (9min, 5.4mi), Arapahoe Basin (15min, 11mi), Breckenridge (26min, 15mi), Copper Mountain (19min, 13.8mi), and Vail (36min, 32mi). And, after a long day outside, you can use our sauna or Jacuzzi to warm up and relax.

It's an easy walk to the Dillon Marina. During the summers, this is a great location to go sailing, kayaking, or standup paddleboarding. You can rent boats or take lessons at the Dillon Marina, and there are kayaking/SUP rentals nearby.

Dillon also offers a summer sunset concert series at the Dillon Amphitheatre. These are a 'must do' when you stay in Dillon. The short walk to the amphitheater will be worth the experience of watching the sun set in the background as you enjoy the live music.

You will also be right on the Frisco - Keystone recreational bike path. Rides on the bike paths to either Frisco or Keystone are scenic. And, if you're adventurous or want a challenge, you can take the trail to Breckenridge or ride Loveland Pass.

Everything was as described - condo was nice ( we had a fire one night in the fireplace ) . Enjoyed the bike trails and local restaurants but didn't go kayaking - expensive and weather wasn't great! We would definitely book again for Dillon stay.

We came for the weekend to enjoy a show at the Dillon Ampitheater and couldn't have picked a better spot. We were a 10-15 minute walk from the show, had covered parking, a comfy bed, a good kitchen, beautiful deck looking over the lake and a spot to watch the Broncos game with a cozy fire. We will book again the next time we want to see a concert there!

We enjoyed our stay. We loved waking up to the mountain and lake view each day. My husband enjoyed walking down to the lake to fish on several nights. The condo's location is perfect for everything we like to do.We chose to stay on the pull out couch because we prefer a more firm mattress. We found it to be very comfortable and easy to take out and put away. Communication with the owner was easy and positive. Although the condo complex was quiet, we still enjoyed being on the end and felt like we had a little more privacy and extra light with the additional windows on the side.

Was not prepared for no air conditioning but it’s that hot in Dillon so it was not a huge deal. I loved the keyless entry and the view from the balcony was nice. My only complaint was that there was no hand soap in the bathroom and I had to break out the body wash to wash my hands. The property was very good overall and would go there again.

Nice little place on the lake. Clear communications from the owner. Might be the first vacation rental we’ve stayed in that didn’t have coffee or shower toiletries, so make sure to bring your own.

What a great place! I'll be back!

This property was so comfortable, cozy, and what a gorgeous view! Every morning the sun would light up the tops of the mountains & the birds would land in the tree right next to the balcony. What a nice way to start the day. The view, nice accomodations, and a wonderfully comfortable bed made this such a perfect place to stay. Fireplace, outdoor hot tub, sauna, and pool table really make this place special. It's close to everything in Summit County. With family in the area, I'm surely coming back.

Great Place to Stay in Summit County

East Bay 200 was a real pleasure during our Christmas stay in Dillon. It is well located for access to necessary shopping and to winter sports activities at Keystone, Breckenridge and the Frisco Nordic Center. Since Dillon is already west of the Eisenhower tunnel, access to areas further west is much easier. The view of the bay and the mountains from the deck was very nice. For a winter visit, the covered (underground) parking was a real blessing since we never had to worry about cleaning the car or shoveling to get out for activities. The apartment itself has a nice layout, is attractively furnished, and includes a fully equipped kitchen. Also included is entertainment equipment including TV, DVD player, etc. We did not get a chance to take advantage of the club house access that is included. We would definitely come back to East Bay 200 for our next visit to Summit County.

Great little condo!

Booked here because of it's close proximity to Dillon Amphitheater and it was perfect! It was probably about about a 15 minute walk to the venue and it's a short drive to many great restaurants, bars and activities. Super cozy place, stylishly decorated, great views from inside or on the deck and it was nice and quiet. Would definitely book again!

Lovely Condo

Awesome location!

We were able to ski four different mountains during our stay here. It was also SO private and peaceful. I heard our neighbors exactly one time. The laundry was just down the stairs, the covered parking was clutch, the fireplace was so cozy, and the owner was very responsive when we had questions.

Nice condo

The condo is very comfortable. More than enough dishes, glassware, and cookware. I especially loved the extra sink in the bedroom. I loved that there is dedicated parking in the underground garage but walking up the 32 steps was very difficult for me.
