The rooms were very clean and the beds very comfortable. The staff was courageous and attentive. We had breakfast at the free continental breakfast and it was very good with a huge variety. We enjoyed the indoor pool, the hot tub and the beautiful river view from our balcony. Will definitely return.

Hotel was off the beaten path, but so worth it! Area around hotel is more commercial businesses & not a lot of lighting. However the views of the river & proximity to Dillsboro & Sylvia are worth it! Hotel was very clean, beds soft & shower was excellent. Staff was friendly!

I have stayed at Best Western in Dillsboro NC many many times over the years. It’s my go to place. Clean rooms, the indoor heated pool and the atmosphere are just a few of the great amenities offered. The staff always welcome my family and I as if its our second home especially the breakfast staff. The view and access to the river make it even more enjoyable especially if you have children in the summer months.

The room smelled like chlorine/bleach .probably due to the hot tub.....the river view.was very nice...the heater/AC unit was very noisy. The Continental breakfast was not good at all...the front desk person was very nice.

The breakfast was good. Rooms were nice. We didn't have river view and that was disappointing. We had left something behind and tried 20 times during the day to call property but never an answer of the phone. Very disappointing.

The view of the river is gorgeous. I had a river view room with a balcony, but the building has an excellent design with a deck off the dining room with chairs and tables, so any guest can get comfortable and enjoy the view as often and for as long as they like. For decades I’ve stayed in numerous hotels per year for work annd play, and this one was the quietest. The layout is easy to navigate and the room had everything I needed, including a small fridge and microwave.
