After visiting serval cities and hotels, this was my favorite stay in Tunisia. The rooms were very spacious and clean. I had a nice view of the courtyard. The breakfast spread was very plentiful and delicious. I will say one area of improvement would be the front desk staff, not very friendly and seemed a bit racist ( would put on all smiles and great service for white Europeans).

Very nice & friendly people. Good service. Clean hotel and convenient location. The only bad thing about this hotel is the food which is disgusting. Better to eat outside.

I loved this hotel, so much to like, it has a great pool! great food, great staff and access to private beach, loved every min of my stay

Big Potential unrealized

This hotel has the potential to be awsome. It is in a great condition. the rooms are big, well equipped and very comfortable. great facilities and staff that are as caring and supportive as your parents. The biggest let down is that it seems there are not enough staff and supervision is missing. If you ask for something you will get it at one point but it should have been there already. the other let down is the food. Breakfast is bland and basic buffet. No imagination at all and really not worthy of the hotel. Again seems that there is no supervision. The whole hotel seems to be on autopilot for a while and what breaks does not get fixed. I still want to give a big thanks to the staff and especially receptionist Lamya for taking care of us during a very bad sick spell and everything they did for us.
