Great welcome to Ukraine

This is one of the hotels recommended by my employer because of safety (shelter) and proximity to the center. The room was excellent, clean, and comfortable, for a good night sleep.

The staff was great, especially Alisa. I do not know how to speak the language in Ukraine but it was not a problem because the staff spoke English very well and they helped me with my plans.

Great Hotel. Needs to support local Ukraine Wines
Posted Dec. 4, 2021 on HotelsThe staff at the front desk generally speaks English....so, that's great. The staff in the Restaurant don't speak English...so, not great. The food is good. The wine list is okay....could have a few more Ukrainian wineries on the list....kind of silly not to support the local Wineries in Ukraine. The Hotel is modern. Clean. Safe. Great staff. I recommend this Hotel

This property is in a great location and walking distance to an outstanding city park, many cafes and restaurants. They are friendly and very helpful. It is immaculate and the breakfast provided was outstanding. I will be returning to Dnipro in October and will definitely stay there.

Good hotel in good location. Bright and well equipped rooms. There is some refurbishment going on which means the rooms are very new, but also there is some noise during the day. Nights are quiet. The reception tried to hike the tourist tax 10x so beware of that, although of course it's quite common with foreigners in Ukraine in any hotel.

Well the hotel is being gradually renovated and so part of your experience will be in hallways with plasterboard or ceiling panels missing. It's normal, but it shouldn't get the "excellent" review. Staffing seemed to be short. I never had the room serviced because without having breakfast at the hotel, I would be out for half the day, return after lunch, and that's when room service would arrive.

Poor breakfast

Staff were excellent as was the location and the room. Breakfast might have been better and accommodation in restaurant was limited but excellent music bar downstairs with great food
