Le Sheraton est l'un des plus anciens hôtels à Doha, si ce n'est le plus vieux.
Mais au prix d'un 5 étoiles, il y a des petits soucis impardonnables :
- un bruit bizarre toutes les 15 minutes... très bizarre, finalement c'était le réseau incendie...
- la gestion de la lumière chaotique, soit tout est allumé, soit la nuit noire, pas de contrôle, avec lampe de chevet...
- moquette beige avec des tâches partout...
- rideaux avec des tâches...
- plomberie ancienne dans la salle de bain, avec une robinetterie dorée... come on guys en 2024... robinet doré...bref
Les points positifs les extérieurs, la vue, la position centrale de l'hôtel, Umm Ali à gouter absolument ou Salon de l'atrium, le lobby bien sur !
Un bel hôtel... mais qui a fait son temps...

Bel hôtel, très bien situé. Quelques petites erreurs corrigées rapidement avec bon esprit. Attention les restaurants ne veulent pas facturer la chambre et demandent des paiements cash ou visa à chaque repas.

Bel hôtel mais le service de nettoyage des chambres est tardif…rarement avant 15h, les prix de la restauration sont trop élevés et attention le mercredi soir le buffet du dîner est à 100€!!
Le personnel est très gentil et attentionné.
C’est un Sheraton de niveau intermédiaire vs les autres dans le monde.

Mon épouse et moi avons passé 8 jours au Sheraton de Doha dans un cadre exceptionnel. Le hall d’accueil est en forme d’atrium de la hauteur des 14 étages, éblouissant. Des fleurs fraîches partout. Un buffet gargantuesque et très raffiné. Tout était quasiment parfait, accueil, gentillesse, services. Ce qui est très également appréciable dans cette hôtel pour Doha, c’est sa plage privée, ses espaces verts, environ 3 hectares, ses animations pour les enfants en journée, pour les parents certains soirs et un grand balcon pour chaque chambre, surtout si celui-ci est coté mer. La balade le soir le long de la Corniche est inoubliable. Et j’en oubli...
