There is no dedicated bathroom facilities. When we wakes up, we have to use common bathroom available to the passengers. Always there is long queue . There is no facility for shower. I didn't know what these people are thinking of customers? These factors not available your website too. People are getting cheated.

We wanted a double bed for a sleepover at Doha airport on 27/28.As bunk bed will not be suitable at our age with medical issues we did not want a bunk bed that required climbing the steps,Based on the photo and description on the web booking page of Expedia we paid a higher fare and reserved the double bed but at Doha airport in the night we were told what is reserved is a small pod with a bunk bed .We feel that for the price paid the allocation was wrong and request a refund .Thank you

I had a single cabin and I am a big chap so once the chair turned into a bed the mattress was very thin and uncomfortable. Did not like the fact that you had to use the public toilets either so no shower facilities
