Admire its half-timbered houses and its famous local produce market, classified as an "Exceptional Market," where your senses will be awakened under the historic covered market. Don't miss the Prêle Pond Observatory, a unique place to discover the wildlife of the Dombes ponds. And why not perfect your swing? The Dombes region has 5 golf courses, so it's your turn! From the moment you enter, let yourself be seduced by a gentle and soothing atmosphere. The decor, both functional and refined, carefully blends authentic materials: terracotta tiles, exposed beams, and a metal walkway overlooking a spacious living room bathed in light. Outdoors, enjoy a private heated swimming pool (3.70m x 14m) (accessible from May to the end of September, heat pump), a private terrace, a courtyard and garden of approximately 2000m² equipped with a pétanque court and ping-pong table. A covered shelter will allow you to extend your evenings in complete serenity. Ground floor: kitchen opening onto the living room and lounge area, library, dressing room, pantry, 3 bedrooms, one of which is accessible to people with disabilities, with a private bathroom and toilet (each with a 140x200cm bed), bathroom with shower and bathtub, and 2 separate toilets. 1st floor: four bedrooms (one with three 90x200cm beds and three with 160x200cm beds), shower room, laundry room, and separate toilet. Travel light: beds made upon arrival, table linens, towels, and utilities included. Cleaning fee: €150.
