The staff were excellent, but the room.was substandard and not well maintained neither was it well prepared for guests. Little provisions were missing and the sink wasn't working.

Publié le 1 févr. 2024 sur HotelsPolite staff. Tired hotel. Hole in bathroom door. Hotel room door not frame fitted gaps into hotel hall. Bathroom shelf - glass barely hanging on. Bathtub grouting poor and sealant sloppy.
Asked for quiet room - given room near stair access noisy drunks frequented at midnight and room faced onto giant generator.

It was cheap and had availability last minute, I can now understand why. Shocking
Room changes due to stains on sheets, the noise throughout my stay especially through the night was unbearable. Nothing like a drunken group fighting outside my window to drown out the road works being completed during the night.
Breakfast in the morning was dreadful as the fruit and pastries already cleared out (by 7.45) in an almost empty restaurant.
I won't be planning on staying here anytime soon.
