Ghastly decor - false marble, amateurish copies of Post-Impressionist paintings! Allegedly a 4* hotel but coffee sachets not replenished, no milk sachets, no shower cap (despite enquiring at Reception), no TV instructions... needs far more attention to detail! Comfortable mattress but awful pillow - felt like it was filled with cotton wool balls!

This is a nice hotel with very helpful staff. There were little oupsies but all sorted. The hotel has a beautiful atmosphere - lots of marble and a grand entrance. I was a bit put down with the bright red windows (red blinds and sunshine) of the breakfast pub, but that's just me wanting natural light in the morning. Great price and big rooms, would definitely stay here again.
