The first night I stayed, they gave me the key for a room that was already occupied, no safe and cool. The second night I had to ask to reset my key because it didn’t work.

Needed extra towels late and night manager was super nice and accommodating! He was very nice!

Overpriced old small hotel
Posted Sep. 14, 2023 on HotelsRooms very small and very overpriced. No elevator. No glasses in room except a Dixie cup, drain plug on sink would not come up, no coffee maker in room. Only one towel. Breakfast area so small only held two people. Room had a smell. Would never stay here unless I had to. The girl at checkin was very friendly and helpful. Person at checkout was on the phone and didn’t even acknowledge me when I left

Rooms were not ready until 6:00 at night. Transient workers staying there, not suitable for families.

Since I booked on hotels.com, the hotel was confused and could not check me in. I was charged twice for my stay. Once by hotels.com and once by the hotel. I have not been successful at getting the erroneous charge dropped. I will not book with Hotels. com any longer because of the confusion.
