Greeted at entry by a great consierge- felt like a movie star. Only disappointment was sugar factory was only restaurant open. Otherwise fantastic stay

Had a reservation for a Wednesday and Thursday night, after a long drive I arrived at 2pm - hoping to get some rest in the room before a business dinner - tried to check in and was told that check in was at 3 and that i could check in early if i paid an additional fee - asked if there were rooms ready was told yes, asked for an accommodation due to the drive getting there, another no, was told again that i could check in if I paid the additional fee or i could sit in the lobby and wait until 3 pm to check in - this wasn't a busy weekend and the hotel wasn't crowded -

Hi booked 3 rooms and i stayed in room 557 it was every noisy you could hear everything from the room next to mine, they were up all night talking and it was very very noisy.
