The place was clean, but very worn out. The floor on the kitchen seemed to have some water damage. Our apartment had an entrance down in the basement. There was an unpleasant smell in the apartment.

Don't chance it

When we arrive we spent 30 minutes trying to contact someone to let us in. Once in the place we notice a terrible smell. We were unable to contact anyone to address this. We discovered a soaked rug in the kitchen base on the smell it must have been there for awhile which means who ever cleaned the place did not do a good job. Later that evening we noticed we did not have towels and agian no way to contact. We were was able to send an email. Towels were sent up with a very nice young boy. However the soiled rug was never assessed. We had to remove the rug ourselves to the hallway where it sat for the 2 days whole we weee there. Glad we were only committed for 2 days. We then moved into another place In Dover that was wonderfull and coat less. Our advice is don't waist your money here.
