I had to use the laundry but the dryer needs to be looked at. I think the vent going outside is clogged. It was taking forever to dry my clothes and they didn’t even dry all the way despite me doing 2 cycles.

American ROACH was in the corner of the room, it was dead, so the cleaners just never cleaned it. Food was left in the fridge from the previous people who stayed. There was a pill left on the carpet in my family members room, dog food too and there was blood on their sheet. Stay somewhere else! They gave us $10 back of what we paid. That's all the front desk attendant said she could do for us, but that we could talk to the GM on Monday when he was is. Don't stay here. Super dirty. At breakfast the pastry storage container looked and felt like it hasn't been cleaned in a long time. This place is so dirty.
