Manya at Bee spa is fabulous. Highly recommend to visit her. The girl in the coffee shop that works morning is friendly

The hotel is pretty dated. The beds seemed to have some mites in it. Restroom and shower were clean however towels were very old and had a smell to it. Hand towels were siimply not available.

4 years ago, one elevator was under maintenance and 4 years later the same elevator is still under maintenance. lol!!!

I am sorry to say, but this hotel is long past its great days. elevator button was broken, not clean and smelly. Very dark inside.

This the worse place to stay bed has bugs restaurant has roches very smelly room elevator is broken only elevator is working you have to wait long time manager has a attitude problem doesn’t care if you complain expedia need to block them from there listings I was there with my family I had worse experience of my life wasted money and time you will be very sorry if you book here I gurantee you thx

The location is excellent, close to the old Dubai and the street markets. Lots of restaurants, shops, groceries, etc nearby. Staff was very friendly and helped us at all times. Great service by reception desk, the restaurant at the 7th floor and the cleaner who took care of our room. The room looks a bit dated but everything works and it was not an issue. No outside noise, TV had western channels and aircon works really well. I'd stay there again and recommend the hotel to other travelers who want to stay near the old Dubai, instead of the flashy new districts. Thank you for the great service.
