IT WAS NORMAL UNEXPECTED FOR 4 STAR HOTEL SHOULD BE BETTER THAN THIS

Excellent City Centre Hotel

Rooms were large and spacious. Kingsize Bed matterrese was very comfortable. Bathroom all amenities in excellent condition. Room cleanliness each day very good. All hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Manager excellent and made my stay very pleasant. Used Pool, Sauna and Gym. Near heart of Sharjah City.

It’s one of the worst properties I have ever stayed. Everything is disaster. The receptionist communicates in double meaning. No food, no water and. No towels. All the staff’s working at the property is worstly managed I will never recommend this hotel nor would I ever stay again.
