Attention to detail in terms of servicing the room was sorely lacking. Each day we had something not done properly. Day 1 of 5 - noted 4 hangers missing. Day 2 - towels not replaced; Day 3 - only one towel replaced and toilet paper not replenished, no coffee, sugar or stirrers replenished; Day 4 - one towel and bath ‘rug-towel’ not replaced, Day 5 - toilet paper not replenished. Water - not sure how many should be there but it varies from day to day and we were then asked about bath robes being replenished on Day 4. I am not sure what I ought to have had in my rooms - this happened at varying levels in the different rooms booked - I had 3 rooms booked. Staff are either overworked or have a serious language and understanding barrier as a result. Finally, any supervision of the work done in terms of room maintenance would have caught these issues. I am not sure what cleaning took place as there was significant dust build - up and as for the bin in the bathroom, it was only cleared on day 4 of our 5-day visit! Fancy and smart rooms but really poor with servicing and did not give a comfort feel about overall cleanliness.

This was a good place to stay with a variety of restaurants, taxi pick up, and the staff was polite and helpful. There is a small supermarket directly across the street which was convenient. The one issue is the very small and crowded breakfast room. Food was not laid out logically, with bread at one end and the toaster at the other. People were constantly bumping into each other as they tried to select their food from the buffet.

The hotel is hard to find due to poor signage. The cleanliness is below par, the sheets, chairs and other fabrics were stained along with the ironing board. The iron was broken and taped to be held together. There is absolutely no view.
