The room 31010 has a very small window for daylight, kitchen balcony with no curtains, cleaning was not good , specially tea tablea were not wiped during all my one week stay

I have been staying at this property since 2014. This is a good hotel with spacious rooms and good service. The carpet is getting worn off after so many years so they may need to think about it but the furniture is good and well maintained.

The Valet and Bell Boys are amazing at this facility , Especially Mr. Vinod has been a gem of a person.
Front Desk has some amazing staff Especially Ms Zukhra and Mr Hassan are professional and Helpful.
But Mr Sultan at the front desk need to fix his attitude with the client as he needs to be more compassionate and approachable
