A Great Stay!

I stayed here for 2 nights and it was a wonderful stay. It is in a great location to walk to the Burj Khalifa and neighboring mall and restaurants. We ate at the restaurant once for dinner and ordered room service for breakfast once. Both were great. I was impressed with the customer service, location, and quality for the price. I appreciated the cookies left in our room for Christmas too. A nice touch!

Terrible hotel billing experience which has not been resolved after we checked out 5 days ago! The hotel charged my credit card again for AED9,265 with no apparent reason. We have emailed them asking for an explanation but still no reply! All the pre-authorization charges on my card are still pending as well. They promised to email the complete hotel invoices for our 7 rooms but still no action till today!

This hotel is all about location, location and location. But I wish they also pay more attention to updating the rooms. Get rid of the old towels. Add the essential amenities to bathrooms. Changes old furniture and outdated bed sides and tables.
