Great Hotel, Perfect Location, Super Service

Great hotel, well located within walking distance (30 minutes) from the Burj or 15 minutes from nearest Metro. Possible to rent eBikes just in front of the Hotel. Count 20 minutes to Kite Beach. Service from Concierge is always great. Just 1 thing: rooms with view over Shek Zayed road are noisy (2 x 8 lanes...).

Très bel hôtel moderne en décoration Equipe très sympa (plusieurs membres parlent le Français). Chambre confortable avec belle vue sur le canal et la mer. Salle de bain originale et surtout pas de soucis de pression d'eau ou de température. Hâte d'y retourner pour mon prochain séjour en famille. Pas de soucis de bruits concernant la discothèque (j'étais au 14ème étage, la discothèque est au 32ème).

Loin de figurer dans les 5 étoiles aucun service aucun accueil vue canal annoncé mais vue immeubles en constructions ne vaut pas plus de 3 étoiles

Très agréable séjour à Dubai

5jours a Dubai extra. Hôtel très bien situé mais dommage qu’il n’y ait pas de commerces et autres au pied de l’hôtel. Service de taxi super en revanche!!! Personnel de l’hôtel au petit soin avec nous! Je recommande !!

Bad experience

The staff is rude, starting with the all-day present ''bouncers'' in the lobby. The breakfast is very limited and runs till 10h30, while trying to eat the leftovers (almost ran out of everything even 1 hour before closure) you are surrounded by the noisy staff preparing for lunch service. I asked for an Americano coffee this morning and the waiter started an argument that it was the same as a black coffee and just didn't want to provide it. The electric plugs are not properly working in the room. We had a staff to check them and the very same night they failed again resulting in us, my wife and I, missing batteries for our experiences, pictures and Uber orders. The Main Entrance is very crowded and receptionist were busy during check in / out. The concierge won't answer the phone and the best part is, I'm an SPG Gold member with more than 79 stays in SPG hotels. I always get an upgrade or some perks, free drinks, activities etc. Upon checking-in I was told that since we booked with Expedia, we weren't getting any upgrades, points or anything else. I am terribly unsatisfied and they just lost a long time client. I will send my money to the Burj, the Four Seasons or any other 5 stars hotel in Dubai looking to connect with a young entrepreneur that likes to spend.
