When we arrived, they weren’t ready for us to check in, and after waiting for two hours, they gave us a room. They said they had to connect two small beds to make a double bed. After they charged an additional price for tax. When we entered the room, it smelled of cigarettes everywhere and was infested with many insects. Their club was terrible, and the club attendants (Egyptian ones) were very rude. This hotel is a nightmare. Stay away!!!

The hotel was reasonably priced, but the service was poor. The front desk clerk had an attitude when I simply wanted to clarify a question. He asked to see my booking number, and I told him my name. He raised his voice and demanded my booking number.My key card wasn’t working, which was a bit annoying, but the room was spacious and clean. This hotel is a good option for a business trip, as it’s conveniently located near the market and airport. However, be aware that the downstairs club and lounge can be noisy at night.
