Check in was not good. Told us our room was not readt then proceeded to check-in 15 other people. Apparently the rooms are pre assigned and the clerk was not flexible enough to figure it out. Manager was called a miraculously our room was ready.

Had a nice, relaxing stay for two nights. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Nicely furnished and quiet room. Clean throughout the hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Would recommend and happily stay again.

Average hotel . No air conditioning, had to request a fan. Parking lot busy had to park far away . We were a family traveling together with 2 rooms and were put on different floors very far apart. Weird. Restaurant closed early so had to eat at bar. Ok stay .

The place was nice and for the most part the property was clean. The bathrooms however was not up to standards. There was visible black mold on the tile in the shower and on the bathroom floors. The sink was also with mold. The area was very spacious and the staff was very nice. It’s about 25mins from Dublin City center with traffic. Shopping areas are close to the hotel. I really enjoyed my stay here just needed cleaner bathrooms.

Nice hotel, need to be careful who they recruit!

Hotel itself was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was all fresh, with plenty of choice. The evening meal was great and server very quickly. BUT the young lady who (sort of) welcomed me in the bar for evening meal was basically rude. I was grunted at, the menu was tossed on the table as she walked away, and everything seemed too much effort. Its a shame because previous stays here the staff were great.

We were 6 nights staying here abd they gave us a very dated room facing the highway. We stayed 1 night on the way back and they gave us a renovated nicer room and nor the highway view and noise. Wish they did this for our 6 nights instead. Reception going to was not very friendly; reception when we came back for the 1 night was superb.
