Make sure not to forget anything

Nice Hotel, good location. Customer service isn’t great though-their phone line is very hard to get through on. I left something behind in my room and contacted them by phone eventually-they said they would ring me back but never did. I also emailed them twice but got no response whatsoever. Tried to ring again twice but never managed to get through.
