The rooms were more than expected as for space and privacy. I will recommend to others and stay again in the future.

Condo living

Outside was an attempt at rustic, insides were newly renovated with fresh carpet. Bedroom on main floor, two bedrooms upstairs, all with queen beds and private baths. Nice size kitchen and living room...very clean.

lost out on money stayed somewhere else

This was not the place we wanted to stay, we were having a family even in Roosevelt and thought since it says Winterton suites we had the right place only to find out they are not associated with each other, could not get our money back because they turned away other guests, which i am sure they could of still rented the unit out after canceling our reservation.

Through the confirmation email with property address and the personal phone call confirming your reservation, we understood you were aware you had booked in Duchesne. Unfortunately, we were booked the night of your reservation and was unable to book another guest the evening of your scheduled arrival. First off love the 3 bed 3 bath rooms with kitchen But was disappointed when i found mouse droppings in with the silverware i contacted management who acted disconcerned about it and tried calling me a lier i ended up having to extend my stay by one night management told me they would give me half off for the issues and send me a receipt but i never did get one after checking out management contacted me claiming i broke the coffee table and they wanted 325$ for it it in a attempt to get the rest off their money out of me for the half off

Since your checkout, we have deep cleaned the townhome you booked from top to bottom and did not find any traces of mouse droppings. We have purposely kept this townhome vacant since your checkout and days later, have still not found any traces. We will continue to keep a close eye, as providing exceptionally clean accommodations is our top priority. We were happy to oblige your earnest request to extend your multi-night stay with us after your found the silverware drawer dissatisfactory on day 2 of your 4 night stay. We also respected your adamant decline of daily housekeeping services. As a friendly reminder, we are smoke free motel and in the future, kindly request all members of your party to use the ashtrays provided outside the townhomes. The unrepairable coffee table charges total $125, as was stated to you on the phone. Your receipts for your stay is in your inbox. I love staying here as I love having three bedrooms and bathrooms even when it's two of us. Lots of room with family room and kitchen and very nice place to stay.

Very nice

Very nice stay. They are doing the "no touch" very well and is impressive. Spacious. Could use new mattresses. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.
