I had an issue with my card for the down payment and they let me use another means to hold the room. I had no other cash so that was great. Her name I think was Emily.

Everyone was so helpful and friendly. Canal street and the waterfront shops/restaurants were all within walking distance. The hotel’s amenities included a sauna, which was welcome after a full day. Would highly recommend this place.

Perfect area to walk to the Canal District. Hotel is beautiful, staff very friendly and accommodating.
